-
Safety is our top priority. In the case of severe weather conditions, we may adjust activities, reschedule sessions, or provide alternative beach-related fun. Luckily, Southern California summers rarely disappoint.
-
We suggest all students arrive 15 min prior to the start of the lesson (8:45am in the morning, 12:15pm in the afternoon) to allow time to get changed into the wetsuit. You need to sign-in your child with our camp supervisor at our tent to drop off, and officially sign-out your child during pick-up. For your child's safety, you must list all individuals by name and phone number that are allowed to pick-up your child. To add another authorized person, please contact us so we can update our records.
-
To be part of our surf camps, you need to book your spot at least a day ahead of time. We cannot include walk-up lessons into our camps. If the website shows no availability, please feel free to give us a call to find out if there are any cancellations or additional capacity.
-
Please contact us if you need to make changes to your existing booking. We may not be able to accommodate your requests, as our schedule fills up quickly and we have limited capacity for each day. Unfortunately, this includes make-up days for children that call in sick. We will try to find an alternative date to reschedule, but cannot promise due to our limitations.
-
Camp sessions that are cancelled up to 7 days before the starting date, will be entirely refunded. For a cancellation within a week of camp start, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 24h prior to the start of the surf camp session can not be refunded.
