cancelation policy

At Buenas Olas LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied with our services and products. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds for both surf lessons and any merchandise purchased through our website. Please review it carefully before making a booking or purchase.

At Buenas Olas LLC, we aim to provide an enjoyable and safe surfing experience for all participants. For Surf Lessons, cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled surf lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled surf lesson are subject to a 50% cancelation fee. Cancelations within 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

For Surf Camps Camp sessions that are cancelled up to 7 days before the starting date, will be entirely refunded. For a cancellation within a week of camp start, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the start of the surf camp session can not be refunded. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

Lessons may be rescheduled by Buenas Olas LLC due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions. If we cancel a lesson for these reasons, you may choose to reschedule to a future date or receive a full refund.

Lessons begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time without refund.

To request a refund, contact us at info@buenasolassurf.com with your name, contact information, booking reference number, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
